Developing and Maintaining an Institutional Ministry Plan
Objective: As Pastor I will coordinate with leaders in the church to develop an I’m A Part plan of action with the intent to maintain effective ministry to the body of Christ.
Action Step 1: Develop a one-year Ministry Plan for each ministry group.
Action Step 2: Set 10 Church Goals for I’m A Part once a year by the 3rd week Dec.
Action Step 3: Evaluate Goals and Cross train areas of Responsibilities
with leadership once a quarter
Goals
Fostering Community Awareness and Partnerships
Objective: The I’m A Part Will Foster Community Awareness and Partnerships
Developing Volunteers: Recruiting, Training, Supervising / Assessing
Objective: As Pastor I will coordinate with leaders to develop a plan to equip and recruit/evangelize members, volunteers for successful ministry.
Interacting with Ministry Organization Leadership from other entities
Objective: As Pastor I will coordinate with leaders to design a plan to build positive relationships with Ministry organization leadership.
Build an Effective Agenda for Professional/Spiritual Development
Objective: As Pastor I will coordinate with leaders to set programs for professional and spiritual development leaders and members.
Develop an effective media outreach
Objective: As Pastor I will coordinate with leaders to develop a media outreach ministry that will effectively engage community.
Develop an effective Christian outreach program for church growth through evangelism.
Objective: As Pastor I will coordinate with leaders to develop an evangelistic outreach plan for church growth.
Partnering with IAP ministry and I’m A Part Church
Objective: As Pastor I will coordinate leadership efforts in developing a system that overlaps ministries together to reach each one’s goals
Building and Grounds Beautification
Objective: As Pastor I will coordinate leadership efforts to keep a functional, pleasant atmosphere for Worship.
Interfacing with local places of education
Objective: As Pastor I will coordinate efforts with leadership to enhance a ministry of presence in places of education.
Helping the Marginalized Groups
Objective: As Pastor I will coordinate efforts with, I’m A Part church and IAP Ministry to provide resources as well as minster to marginalized groups.
